This includes energy audits, fire risk assessments, PAS 2035 coordination, and PAS 9980 external wall assessments. We also support building safety case development and competency compliance through training and governance frameworks.


The aim is to create a clear, risk-aware delivery plan based on accurate, auditable information.

Governance & Training

Before retrofit begins, we ensure buildings are safe and compliant.


This includes fire compartmentation surveys, fire strategy development, roof condition surveys, and policy alignment. Where required, physical upgrades such as fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire doors, and suppression systems are implemented.


This phase ensures that retrofit can proceed without compromising fire integrity or regulatory compliance.
